Ariel Moore
Ariel Moore is an Associate at Amini LLC, where she brings experience in complex commercial litigation and professional malpractice cases to our firm and its clients.
Ariel became a part of the Amini LLC team in 2023 with experience as a commercial litigation associate from Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch. In her previous role, she concentrated on complex issues in a broad spectrum of commercial practice areas. These included contracts, partnership disputes, securities, bankruptcy, structured finance, and antitrust.
Before joining Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch, Ariel held a position as a bankruptcy intern at DC-37 Municipal Employees Legal Services where she offered legal advice to municipal union employees. Additionally, Ariel has a background as a paralegal at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
During law school, Ariel demonstrated her passion for advocacy and justice by serving as a staff editor for the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice (CJERSJ). These key principles of equity and justice guide her professional practice and the Amini team as a whole.
Significant Litigation Victories & Notable Cases
- Represented a global manufacturer in a $100 million fraudulent transactions lawsuit against a leading commercial bank
- Represented a private investment bank in a lawsuit against a leading commercial bank for breach of fiduciary duty as trustee for RMBS trusts and for breach of contract
- Represented a Caribbean route operator in a complex breach of contract arbitration against its supplier of large-scale gaming terminals and services.
Ariel earned her JD from Cardozo School of Law, and her BA from Boston University.
