Ariel Moore
Ariel Moore is an Associate at Amini LLC, where she brings experience in complex commercial litigation and professional malpractice cases to our firm and its clients.
Ariel joined the Amini LLC team in 2023 with experience as a commercial litigation associate from Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch. She represents clients in complex business litigation in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums such as the American Arbitration Association. Her practice focuses mainly on matters involving contract disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, and business-related torts such as fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Ariel’s clients are wide ranging and include real estate developers, investors, business owners, manufacturers, and fashion designers. Ariel has tried cases in New York State Court, Connecticut State Court, and in front of an American Arbitration Association panel.
Ariel is also a member of the Litigation Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Members are frequently asked to comment on court rules, policy and procedure in New York State Court and the Commercial Division.
During law school, Ariel held a position as a bankruptcy intern at DC-37 Municipal Employees Legal Services where she offered legal advice to municipal union employees. Additionally, Ariel has a background as a paralegal at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Significant Litigation Victories & Notable Cases
- $100 Million Fraud Lawsuit Against Commercial Bank: Represented a global manufacturer in a $100 million fraudulent transactions lawsuit against a leading commercial bank.
- RMBS Fiduciary Duty Litigation: Represented a private investment bank in a lawsuit against a leading commercial bank for breach of fiduciary duty as trustee for RMBS trusts and for breach of contract.
- International Gaming Arbitration Award: Represented a Caribbean route operator in a cross-border breach of contract dispute against its supplier of large-scale gaming terminals and services, including through an eleven-day arbitration hearing that resulted in a multimillion-dollar partial award to our client.
- $35 Million Torts Award: Obtained an award for over $35 million on behalf of a renowned fashion designer in a complex torts matter.
- Shareholder Dispute Involving $100 Million in Claims: Represents a real estate developer in a shareholder dispute involving 15 claims and over $100 million in damages.
- Indemnification Settlement for CEO: Negotiated a favorable indemnification settlement on behalf of a CEO and founder.

Ariel earned her JD from Cardozo School of Law, and her BA from Boston University.
