Jordan Reisch

Jordan brings years of litigation experience to Amini LLC. His practice focuses on high-stakes complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, as well as government and internal investigations.

Jordan joined Amini LLC in 2024 as an Associate, bringing with him seven years of experience as a litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP. He has successfully managed cases in federal and state courts nationwide, proving exceptional skill and innovation in securing favorable outcomes for his clients.

Jordan’s notable experience includes representing the producers of a popular Broadway show in civil litigation and securing multiple acquittals in high-profile criminal cases involving months-long jury trials in federal court.

  • Represented the producers of a hit Broadway show in civil litigation relating to the production of a museum-style exhibition of the show.
  • Represented an asbestos personal injury settlement trust in complex bankruptcy litigation concerning the trust’s management of multibillion-dollar settlement fund.
  • Represented the Independent Manager of one of the largest luxury retailers in an investigation and eventual settlement of potential claims against company’s private equity sponsors regarding the transfer of a subsidiary.
  • Represented underwriters in two purported securities class actions filed in connection with company’s initial public offering.
  • U.S. v. Tom Barrack: Secured an acquittal on all counts for the founder of Colony Capital, who had been charged with acting as an illegal agent of the United Arab Emirates and with obstruction of justice and false statements in a highly publicized month-long jury trial.
  • U.S. v. Jean Boustani: Secured an acquittal on all counts for shipbuilding executive charged with wire fraud and money laundering arising from allegations of bribery to win multimillion-dollar contracts in Mozambique.
  • U.S. v. James Gatto: Defended Adidas’ head of sports marketing against wire fraud charges regarding payments made to the families of elite high school athletes to recruit them to college basketball programs of Adidas-sponsored universities.
