As the Director of Operations at Amini LLC, Ryan has been a pivotal team member since the firm’s inception. She is a hands-on paralegal team lead & HR manager, also overseeing our summer associate program. Ryan’s versatility and leadership are vital to our firm’s success.
Ryan started with us as a paralegal, and her role has since evolved significantly. Today, she serves as Director of Operations.
Ryan’s responsibilities are crucial to the firm’s operations. She manages our paralegal team and has played a key role in and out of the courtroom in some of the firm’s most landmark decisions, including our recent groundbreaking $50 million win in the LaMonica vs. Lynn Tilton case affirmed by the Second Circuit. Ryan’s responsibilities extend to talent acquisition, where she identifies outstanding candidates to join our firm. She oversees our summer associate program, ensuring it remains a productive and enriching experience for all participants.
Ryan received her B.A. from Columbia University.
