Sydney started with us as a paralegal in 2021, and her role has since evolved significantly. Today, she serves as Director of Operations and Paralegal Team Lead.
Sydney’s responsibilities are central to the firm’s operations. She manages our paralegal team and has played a key role in and out of the courtroom in some of the firm’s top matters, with practical legal experience that rivals many associates at major firms.
Sydney graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program at the University of Colorado, Boulder, earning a journalism major and history minor. Her thesis analyzed the media coverage of the Civil Rights and Black Lives Matter movements, specifically the deaths of Emmett Till and George Floyd. Her commitment to making a positive impact on society is demonstrated through her college internship at the Make-A-Wish Foundation. This commitment is closely aligned with the ethos of Amini LLC.
